Growing together.As the Office Assistant you will assist leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned.Primary Responsibilities:Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messagesPulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visitsMaintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriateCompletes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receiptCommunicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.)You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportationComputer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to typeGeneral clerical skills and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Able to work independently and as a team memberPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
