Media / Web Developer

Salary : $65,000(negotiable) Summary : Quality Analytics Associates (QAA) is accepting resumes for a qualified media / web developer. This opportunity is dependent on contract win. It is one year with two option years (up to three years). Responsibilities Upload training content, media, and curriculum resources to the Blackboard LMS Design and develop interactive multimedia and supporting materials Develop assessments for existing content Assist in the gathering of requirements and development of content through reuse, repurpose, or new development Provide system administration and user-based support Manage the grade center for the LMS Develop, maintain, and update HTML/CSS templates for course materials and assessments Package and deploy SCORM-compliant content Convert media for web delivery Provide technical writing and editing support and maintain Section 508 compliance. Develop valid assessment tools to evaluate project impact.
