Job Description Fulfillment Operations Associate (Material Handling & RF Scanning)Location: Tacoma, WA — conveniently near a bus lineHire Type: Full-TimeShifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (Monday–Friday)A day in this roleYou clock in and jump right into the flow of the warehouse—moving product safely off trucks, confirming manifests, and inspecting items for damage. As orders drop, you'll navigate aisles with an RF/RFID scanner or pick list, pull the right SKUs, pack with care, wrap pallets, and stage outbound shipments. Throughout the shift, you'll help with cycle counts, top off inventory locations, and keep aisles clear of shrink wrap, pallets, and cardboard so the team can move quickly and safely.Choose your pathGeneral Labor — Hands-on material handling and facility upkeep.Picker/Packer (RFID Scanner) — Order fulfillment using RF/RFID devices and WMS.Forklift Operator — Safe, efficient movement of pallets and loading/unloading.Apply for the track that fits you.
