This role is suited for someone who takes initiative, pursues opportunities proactively, and is motivated by building something meaningful.As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, exploring industries where BOS has not yet established a presence, and building strong customer relationships from the ground up. You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and position automation solutions that deliver real, measurable impact.This role requires someone who is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy, bringing forward ideas, and taking ownership of growing a territory.
