Inside Sales Support

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Support position plays a critical role in the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate in this highly visible position will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:Organize and track deliverables to include NDAs, proposals, CPAs, etc.Track, update and manage sales activities in SalesforceMaintain organized records of sales activities, correspondence, and customer interactionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredStrong Salesforce background requiredProven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC OEM industryStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesResults-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targetsHigh level of self-motivation and resilienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
