Our small, well-established U.S. immigration law firm is seeking a seasoned Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters and be looking to grow long-term within a collaborative and respectful work environment.About the FirmWe are a boutique law practice primarily focused on U.S. business immigration, including E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, and employment-based green card processes (PERM, Eb-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5). Our firm also handles, on a limited basis, family-based immigration and naturalization. We are known for our personalized approach, high professional standards, and collegial team dynamic.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, draft, and file a wide variety of business immigration petitionsConduct legal and factual research and prepare detailed case summariesInterface directly with clients to gather required documents and informationMonitor deadlines and maintain detailed case tracking systemsAssist the principal attorney with managing and strategizing complex mattersQualificationsAt least 5 years of solid experience as a paralegal in U.S. business immigrationMastery of core categories including E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, P-1, PERM, EB-1C, and EB-5Excellent research, writing, and drafting skillsExceptional organizational ability and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClient-focused, dependable, and highly professionalFrench fluency is a strong asset, as many of our clients are French-speaking professionals and investorsWhat We OfferA calm, supportive, and collegial work atmosphereA long-term position with meaningful opportunities for professional growthDirect collaboration with the principal attorney on impactful casesStability and flexibility, with a steady and manageable caseloadJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
