This role is responsible for coordinating engineering activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring project execution aligns with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.This is a highly cross-functional role supporting complex energy projects, requiring strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries, change requests, and communicationsCoordinate across engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and project management teamsLead Customer Kick-Off Meetings (CKOMs) and Design Liaison Meetings (DLMs)Review contract documentation and communicate requirements to engineering teamsEvaluate schedule and financial impacts of scope changes and support change management processesManage the engineering budget and provide Estimate at Completion (EAC) updatesSupport resolution of cross-functional technical issues and design challengesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across projectsMitigate schedule risks and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverablesProvide technical support to manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, and field teamsPresent project updates, risks, and action plans to leadershipREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering OR high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field EngineeringStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyWillingness to travel approximately 10–15%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCustomer-facing experienceExperience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools (GTCC)Knowledge of plant system design, manufacturing, assembly, installation, or testingStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsContinuous improvement mindset
