Plumbing Superintendent

We're currently looking for a Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to oversee plumbing operations on large commercial construction projects throughout the Charleston, SC region. This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating with project managers and general contractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all plumbing installations meet code and quality standards. What you will be doing: Supervise and coordinate commercial plumbing crews and subcontractors on job sites Oversee installation of domestic water, sanitary, storm, medical gas, and natural gas systems Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications Manage manpower planning, daily work assignments, and productivity tracking Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies Conduct jobsite meetings and progress updates Order and track materials, equipment, and tools Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and inspection requirements What you need for this position: 6+ years of commercial plumbing experience 3+ years in a foreman or superintendent role Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods Benefits: Salary $80,000 - $130,000 Company truck or vehicle allowance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Performance bonuses Career advancement opportunities
