Shift Schedule:Shift: 3rd (Nights)Schedule: Monday- Friday. Hours: 11 pm- 7:30 am. Description of Role:The Shift Manager in the Cannery area is a people-focused operations leader responsible for efficiently improving and delivering human safety, operational targets, quality, and conversion costs. They actively engage and develop their team of shift-based associates to drive performance and foster growth. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 3 years of direct people leadership experience 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with executing continuous improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP concepts and plant sanitation procedures. Ability to develop and deploy training strategies.
