Dunkin' Donuts - - Responsibilities: Coach crew members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin'/Baskin operational standards; Maintain operational excellence and guest first culture in the restaurant; Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed; Drive profitability and sales goals; manage cash over/short during shift; Assist in executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
