OB Physician - Long Island City, NYJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Shifts: Day Shifts Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMSetting: OutpatientPosition Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OB Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient practice in Long Island City, NY. This is a full-time, onsite position providing high-quality, patient-centered obstetric care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow-up.Key Responsibilities:Conduct prenatal screenings, physical exams, and laboratory testsEducate patients on pregnancy, fetal development, and overall maternal healthMonitor fetal growth and positioning using ultrasound and diagnostic toolsDetect congenital conditions and potential pregnancy complicationsManage routine and high-risk pregnancies, including labor inductionRespond to labor and delivery emergencies when neededProvide postpartum care and follow-up for up to six weeks after deliveryRequired Qualifications:Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionActive, unrestricted New York State medical licenseBoard Certification in ObstetricsCurrent and valid DEA licenseIndividual Medicaid provider credentialsMinimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in OB (new graduates not eligible)Ability to communicate effectively; Spanish-speaking (preferred)Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance403(b) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off and HolidaysOpportunities for incentive-based earnings
