Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Client Care Navigator in the Lexington, KY. A Client Care Navigator (CCN) is a very important role within the Isaiah House organization. Navigators represent the treatment programs offered by Isaiah House to front-line referral agencies throughout the state of Kentucky.Employees receive benefits that include:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceBasic life insurance401(k) OptionPaid holidaysPTO after 90 DaysApply now to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others.RequirementsJOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:Build strong relationships with Centers of Influences (COI) in the CCN assigned RegionEducate COIs on the history, programs and outcomes provided by Isaiah HouseField Calls from potential clients who are exploring treatment optionsManage travel schedule to counties specifically assignedMaintain database on all COI activity, Client referrals, Clients admitted in ASANACommunicate all new client referrals through CCN supervisor via MS TeamsQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED preferredKnowledge of addiction and substance abuse treatmentConnections with community services, organizations, and other public groups is essentialIf in recovery, must be able to demonstrate one year of continuous sobriety
