Job Description Patient Care CoordinatorGallas Plastic Surgery is seeking a professional Patient Care CoordinatorPosition Summary:We are a boutique cosmetic plastic surgery private practice with an on-site medical spa and surgery center. We foster an friendly work environment where each patient is given the time and attention they deserve to guide them throughout their plastic surgery journey.Responsibilities:Meeting with patients to discuss their treatment optionsAssisting the surgeon and nurse during the consultation process.Providing quotes to patients.Following up with potential patients to guide them in the decision-making processMaintaining relationships with patients throughout their cosmetic treatment journey.Participate, as needed, in marketing of the practiceQualifications:Prior experience in a plastic surgery practice preferred .Excellent interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation experience.Strong communication and rapport building skills.Self-motivatedExcellent knowledge of cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures in order to confidently discuss options with patients.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Retirement plan with matchingHealth insurance- HSA eligiblePaid time offOptional Dental and Vision insuranceSchedule: In person.
