Technical Program Manager

This may be needed on occasion for special meetings in the Houston office. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for complex initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure on-time, high-quality program delivery. Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Management teams. Manage program budgets, schedules, and scope, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring accountability and transparency. Define and maintain program charters and playbooks, clarifying roles and responsibilities across teams. Partner with leadership on RFP development, vendor selection, and SOW management. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices for future programs. Apply and promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to enhance delivery effectiveness and team collaboration. Champion technical excellence and innovation across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in software development, technical program management, and program implementation. Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transformational programs. Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience in enterprise software development, system migrations, and application security. Strong background in Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Skilled in forecasting programs, managing dependencies, and optimizing delivery across multiple initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
