A company is looking for a Sr. Development Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary development escalation point for internal IT support teams, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across clinical applications
Identify, document, and drive resolution of software defects and enhancement requests in collaboration with Product, QA, and Development teams
Support cloud-based application deployments and troubleshoot production issues using systematic diagnostic techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years' experience in a support, development, DevOps, or implementations role focused on technical operations
Preferred background in Radiology IT systems and PACS/RIS environments
Hands-on experience with GitHub, ArgoCD, and AWS services including EKS and EC2
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and YAML
