Legal Assistant for Foreclosure
A company is looking for an In-Service Process Legal Assistant to support the foreclosure team by managing the service of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, prepare, and format legal documents including summons and subpoenas
Assemble service packets and communicate with process servers to ensure timely service
Provide regular client status updates and maintain electronic files
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a foreclosure firm
Familiarity with case and document management software
Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure preferred
Experience with client systems such as LPS and Tempo is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
