Power BI & Data Modernization Lead (Part-Time / Full-Time | Advisory | Hybrid - Northeast Ohio)We are working with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a senior-level Power BI Architect / Data Visualization Leader to modernize and standardize their analytics environment.This is a high-visibility, part-time engagement working directly with executive leadership to:Standardize and redesign executive & operational Power BI dashboardsEstablish enterprise-wide data visualization standardsDesign a centralized "Golden Dataset"Implement Row-Level Security (RLS)Optimize performance and governanceModernize SharePoint sites into KPI-driven performance hubsExplore chatbot and predictive analytics capabilities (Phase 2)Required Qualifications:7+ years of Power BI development experienceStrong expertise in:Data modeling and DAXPerformance optimizationRow-Level Security (RLS)Enterprise governance designStrong SQL skillsExperience integrating Power BI with SharePoint OnlineExperience designing executive-ready dashboards (UI/UX focused)Experience working in ERP-driven or manufacturing environmentsAbility to operate in both advisory and hands-on capacityPreferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite IndustrialExperience with Salesforce data modelsExperience integrating UKG dataBackground in manufacturing analyticsExperience designing "Golden Datasets"Experience with Power BI Premium Per User environmentsExposure to AI-driven analytics, chatbot interfaces, or predictive modeling
