Float Concierge Banker

DescriptionHeritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Float Concierge Banker to support members across multiple branch locations and our Virtual Banking Center (VBC). This role provides service to members through video, phone, chat, and in-person interactions while ensuring consistent service coverage where needed.This position requires flexibility in schedule and location, including travel between branches and virtual support as business needs require.
