Minimum Requirements:2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s Degree preferredFinancial industry experience preferredCRM experienceCommute between offices in Raleigh, NC & Knoxville, TN (likely zero to two times per year, and with travel reimbursement)This position requires that you possess the following skills:Ability to prioritize projects and manage timeSavvy customer service, to include excellent communication, both verbal and writtenStrong follow-throughGood-natured, positive attitudeAbility to demonstrate persistence to achieve qualityResponsibilities:Assisting the firm in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include but are not limited to:Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm mannerBe the first point of contact for prospects and clientsMaintain office supplies and outgoing correspondenceAssist clients with issues and concernsBuild and improve upon client relationshipsDatabase managementSet appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar managementPre-appointment preparation including compiling account summariesMaintain office filing system, both paper and electronicRecord notes from client conversationsAssist with various marketing objectivesOther industry-specific tasks as neededAssists Back - Office support initiatives and/or core projects that support Advisory teams - including client review reviews and prospects plan prepProvide marketing support as needed including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, events, etc.Salary:$50,000-$60,000 annually paid hourly between $24 and $29/hourSome evening event attendance on a quarterly basisBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision – employer covers 100% for the employee19 days PTOPaid major holidays (determined each year at the company’s discretion)401(k) – 3% employer match plus a potential additional match via a profit sharing planHours:Monday- Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pmFlexible depending on client appointment timesCompany DescriptionBlue Ridge Wealth Planners is an SEC-registered investment advisor working with thousands of families across the country to holistically plan for retirement which includes considerations for investments, income, taxes, legacy, and healthcare. xaygatp Company DescriptionBlue Ridge Wealth Planners is an SEC-registered investment advisor working with thousands of families across the country to holistically plan for retirement which includes considerations for investments, income, taxes, legacy, and healthcare.
