We do this by providing comprehensive and preventative virtual care solutions delivered by an elite team of experienced staff members.Position SummaryThis is a healthcare administration role, primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of chronic care management nurses. The clinical team is responsible for the remote care of patients all over the US. The ideal candidate would be able to balance high-quality patient care with a pragmatic business mindset, be committed to continuous improvement, and thrive in an environment that requires agile thinking. If you are a highly motivated, highly organized self-starter with a passion for patient care, we are looking for you!Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToManaging and mentoring the clinical supervisor team.Providing the clinical resources required to support the team in delivering optimal patient care.Serving as a clinical liaison for patients, engaging with them on behalf of the care coordination team as needed.Working with the GM of the business unit and clinical supervisors to meet productivity goals, and, where needed, hold team members accountable for performance targets.Conducting daily stand-ups with Clinical Supervisors to monitor progress and address challenges.Active participation in company and department meetings, providing insights and updates from the clinical department.Collaboration with colleagues to develop and refine departmental processes and policies.Enabling the clinical team with productivity and time management tools to ensure success.Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities over a group of remote Care Coordinator Supervisors.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some equipment setup may be required.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a regular, full-time position.TravelThis job is remote but may require occasional travel to the office in Jacksonville, FL to attend company meetings.Required Education And ExperienceAt least 3 years of managerial experience.Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.Understanding and comfortability working with Phrase Express and WOS.Experience using various technology platforms.Able to exercise initiative, judgment, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary to succeed in this role.BSN strongly preferred.Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills are a must.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
