Master's Level Mental Health Therapist: Private Practice Setting

Clinician – Private Practice Setting (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) Job Type: Part-time, W-2 employee position. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow to a larger caseload depending on clinician availability, outreach, and community demand. LMFT / AMFT / ACSW / APCC Feeling & Healing Counseling is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and proactive clinician to join our growing private practice. This role involves providing therapy services to children, adults, couples, families, and groups in a supportive and collaborative environment. While we value collaboration and provide guidance, the practice does not guarantee a full caseload or ongoing referrals. Clinicians are expected to actively participate in building and maintaining their caseload through marketing, networking, and community outreach. Clinicians are encouraged to maintain a Psychology Today profile to support caseload development. Details regarding marketing expectations are discussed upon hire. This role is best suited for clinicians who feel comfortable promoting their services and growing their presence in the community, with mentorship and support available. Compensation $50–$70 per clinical hour (based on experience and licensure status) Fee-for-service (compensation is based on completed client sessions) Income varies depending on caseload size and clinician availability This is a W-2 employee position; compensation is productivity-based Hours and income vary depending on caseload size and clinician outreach efforts Requirements Master’s degree and active BBS registration (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW) Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Willingness to participate in marketing and referral-building activities Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English Experience with children, adolescents, families, or trauma-informed care This Role Is a Great Fit For Clinicians Who: Enjoy autonomy within a private practice setting Are motivated to grow their own caseload with guidance and support Feel comfortable networking and sharing their services Appreciate flexibility with strong clinical supervision This Role May Not Be the Best Fit For Clinicians Who: Prefer a setting where referrals are fully provided Are uncomfortable with outreach or marketing activities Prefer agency or clinic-based models with guaranteed caseloads Job Types: Part-time, Internship Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour License/Certification: BBS License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
