Master's Level Mental Health Therapist: Private Practice Setting

Clinician – Private Practice Setting (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) Job Type: Part-time, W-2 employee position. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow to a larger caseload depending on clinician availability, outreach, and community demand. LMFT / AMFT / ACSW / APCC Feeling & Healing Counseling is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and proactive clinician to join our growing private practice. This role involves providing therapy services to children, adults, couples, families, and groups in a supportive and collaborative environment. While we value collaboration and provide guidance, the practice does not guarantee a full caseload or ongoing referrals. Clinicians are expected to actively participate in building and maintaining their caseload through marketing, networking, and community outreach. Clinicians are encouraged to maintain a Psychology Today profile to support caseload development. Details regarding marketing expectations are discussed upon hire. This role is best suited for clinicians who feel comfortable promoting their services and growing their presence in the community, with mentorship and support available.
