Community Director

Job Title: Community DirectorLocation: Richmond, VAWe are seeking a Community Director to oversee the management of our Crisis Stabilization, Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB), and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be responsible for day-to-day operations, including hiring, orientation, and facilities management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Crisis Stabilization, MHSB, and IIH programs • Oversee hiring, orientation, and staff development • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Manage facilities to ensure optimal functioning • Market services and establish relationships with hospitals and community partners Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field • QMHP-A/C licensed or license-eligible preferred • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Experience in marketing and community outreach If you are a dedicated professional looking to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
