Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Representative, based in Summerville, SC, with some flexibility to work from home. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and offering tailored employee benefits solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting consultative sales presentations, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to deliver white-glove service to clients, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing dealsKnowledge of employee benefits, health strategies, or insurance productsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency with CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentDriven, goal-oriented mindset with effective time-management skillsPrevious experience in a client-facing role or customer service is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experienceActive Health/Life/Accident insurance license
