This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position where your expertise, empathy, and integrity will drive your success. You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures and they do it by building trust, not pressure.Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customersPerform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipmentPresent customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreementsGuide customers through financing options with confidence and transparencyFollow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationshipsCollaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interactionRepresent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetingsAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsThe ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can translate technical knowledge into simple, compelling conversations.
