Simon Eye combines quality service with advanced technology to ensure optimal vision health for all. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Wilmington, DE. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage eye conditions, prescribe corrective lenses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care measures. Qualifications Proficiency in comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis, and management of ocular diseasesExperience with prescribing glasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with the care teamKnowledge of up-to-date eye care practices and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technologyDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree and applicable licensure to practice in DelawareDetail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent patient care and serviceExperience in a clinical or professional eye care setting is a plus
