Case Coordinator

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and internal support to an assigned team. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims in collaboration with the Clinical Case Management Team Collect and document data for claims while adhering to company guidelines Process necessary treatment services and verify return to work status through communication with claim parties Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or GED required One (1) year of case management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required Knowledge of Bureau of Workers' Compensation rules and processes PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
