Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Sign Maker. The Sign Maker will design, fabricate, and install custom signs according to client specifications. Responsibilities include operating sign-making equipment, managing materials, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, the Sign Maker will collaborate with clients and team members to meet project requirements and maintain a safe and organized work area. Qualifications Proficiency in sign-making processes, including design, fabrication, and installationExperience with operating sign-making machinery, tools, and materialsAttention to detail, quality control, and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team membersAbility to work on-site in an organized and safety-conscious mannerKnowledge of basic computer design software is advantageousPrevious experience in signage creation or a related field is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in graphic design or construction are a plusExperience using Flexi a plusSalary range $22-28 hr
