You will be responsible for executing joint go-to-market initiatives, activating partners through enablement, and supporting deal cycles where partners are involved.This role is focused on executing partner motions and driving consistent pipeline contribution, and requires strong cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure partners are effectively contributing to growth. You will manage partners across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement through ongoing engagement and performance tracking.You will report to the Director of Partnerships and play a key role in managing and scaling the partner ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesPartner Management & GrowthOwn and manage a portfolio of partners, contributing to team pipeline goals through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with partner stakeholdersExecute joint go-to-market initiatives in partnership with internal teams, including campaigns, referrals, and partner activation effortsIdentify opportunities to grow and expand partner engagement over timePipeline & Deal SupportDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals and joint initiativesPartner with Sales to support deal cycles involving partners, ensuring alignment and momentumTrack and manage partner contributions to pipeline and revenue, maintaining visibility into performancePartner Enablement & Lifecycle ManagementLead partner onboarding and ongoing enablement to ensure partners are equipped to position and support VirtuousMaintain consistent communication with partners, sharing updates, resources, and best practicesSupport partner performance tracking and contribute to regular business reviews (QBRs)Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align on priorities and maximize partner impactCollaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, content, and activation strategiesEnsure coordination across teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experienceQualifications3+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field.
