The company fosters a collaborative, performance-driven environment with an emphasis on innovation and customer success.Job DescriptionThe Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales performance by engaging prospective customers, understanding product offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage multiple customer interactions while navigating various systems in a fast-paced sales environment.You will support both inbound and outbound sales efforts, working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and achieve business targets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to customer conversations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLearn and effectively communicate product offerings, features, and sales termsSet and work toward individual and team sales targetsCollaborate with marketing to align on sales strategiesMonitor sales performance and marketing metricsAnalyze business and market trends, including monthly sales ratesTrack competitor activity and industry developmentsEnsure alignment with current business goals and targetsIdentify and engage prospective customers and new target segmentsPerform both inbound and outbound sales activitiesManage approximately 10–12 customer appointments per dayRequired Experience/SkillsProven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales roleStrong conversational and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneouslyPrior sales experience with a track record of meeting targetsExperience working with CRM toolsAbility to gather, analyze, and interpret dataStrong organizational and analytical skillsNice-to-HavesExperience in high-volume sales environments (inbound and/or outbound)Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SASExperience managing a sales pipeline and follow-upsPay & Benefits SummaryCompetitive compensation with weekly and monthly bonus opportunitiesPaid training program (3 weeks training + 1 week nesting)Flexible scheduling within assigned shift parametersOpportunity for remote work with potential transition to hybridAdditional DetailsTraining schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ETWork schedule: Typically 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET; may vary between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT with manager approval
