American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week LTC/SNF assignment using Epic and Matrix EMR systems.Job Details• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 78 beds,• General LTC population along with some short-term care patients,• Patient ratios of 1:20 on days/evenings and 1:40 on nights,• EMR systems include Epic and Matrix,• 8-hour shifts, primarily 3-11 (evenings), with some 12-hour shifts available,• Every other weekend required,• Half-holiday coverage required,Job Requirements• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable,• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required,• Current BLS certification required,• LTC/SNF setting experience preferred given patient population,Additional Information• Location-specific orientation is provided,• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates,
