In this role, you will build, enhance, and maintain complex software systems for the US Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) community. Our client engagement processes, the way we collaborate, operate, and deliver value, provide an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, review, and test for our product areas.Work both individually and as part of our agile development team.Candidates must be self-motivated individuals who can understand technical concepts and communicate clearlyCollaborate on technical items within the larger team.Solid understanding of complex software design concepts, patterns, tools, and best practicesData analysis and database schema design skillsExperience with distributed/asynchronous programming paradigmsProven delivery of production-grade applications that include security, diagnostics, maintainability, scalability, auditing, and complex multi-layer troubleshootingQualificationsRequired:Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering7+ years of software development experience, that includes Java and Python development experienceExperience developing RESTful APIs that interface with browser-based UIsThrive in an Agile teaming environmentWilling to work onsite in Austin, TXWilling and able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance; Current clearance preferredDesiredExperience with Go (Golang), C/C++, and/or other scripting languagesExperience with PostgreSQLExperience with DevSecOps pipeline tooling such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible and/or Foreman, etc.Experience with container deployments and container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)Experience with Web technologies such as Javascript/React, HTML5, and CSSExperience with AWS (including AWS Certifications) and/or cloud native technologiesKnowledge of microservice architectureWorking knowledge of signal processing fundamentalsWillingness to learn and apply the best technology for a given application or serviceWhat You Can Expect A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
