A thriving, patient-centered primary care practice in Southwestern Connecticut has an opening for an experienced Physician Assistant. This well-established clinic is known for its highly experienced, collaborative care team and strong patient relationships.
Position Details
Setting: 100% Outpatient – Adult Medicine (18+)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
Call: No call required
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 18+
Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications
Certification: NCCPA
Licensure: Eligible for or active Connecticut PA license
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
