Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager

Location: Manassas, VA Work Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday UTRON Kinetics, LLC (UTRON) is accepting resumes for a senior mechanical engineer with a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the compaction technology field. UTRON has developed a powder compaction technology that enables powders to be compacted up to 150TSI with no damage to the tooling and typical tool ware on industry standard tooling. This technology has been successfully transitioned to multiple production level programs for both commercial and defense industries. Due to growing customer needs, we are seeking a mechanical compaction technologist to support our requirement for automated part manufacturing along with designing and building more advanced Combustion Driven Compaction (CDC) machines. Applicant will work closely with senior management and be involved in moving UTRON forward and extending its product line. UTRON Kinetics is a small business located in Manassas, VA and has contracts for the next 6-10 years. This position requires the employee to be located in Virginia.
