About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiative that will impact all internal employees and scale across the organization. This role partners closely with a tenured Program Manager and plays a critical part in enabling efficiency, scalability, and long-term cost savings across a growing AI program portfolio.The ideal candidate brings strong foundational program management skills, hands-on experience managing AI implementations, and experience in the financial services industry. This is a highly visible role requiring clear communication, change leadership, and comfort operating in a regulated environment.This position is fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support day-to-day operations for a complex, enterprise-scale AI program with multiple workstreamsPartner closely with program leadership to drive execution, governance, and delivery across initiativesManage program planning, dependencies, risks, and milestones to ensure predictable and timely deliverySupport Agile delivery using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Scrum, and modern Agile frameworksDrive adoption of AI solutions across the organization, including governance, intake, prioritization, and scalabilityLead or support organizational change management efforts related to AI adoptionCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels of leadershipEnsure programs meet regulatory, compliance, security, and privacy requirements expected in financial services environmentsRequired QualificationsExperience delivering programs in regulated environments with audit, risk, compliance, or security considerationsExperience scaling AI or technology initiatives across multiple business unitsFamiliarity with program dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics tied to outcomesCertifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent (strongly preferred but not required)Strong foundational program management experience with clear end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programsDirect experience managing AI, machine learning, or data-driven programs, including enterprise adoption and governanceHands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including use of Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable toolsProven change management experience supporting enterprise-wide initiativesExperience in financial services, such as banking, credit unions, fintech, or other regulated industriesExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to executive audiencesWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleAI programs are delivered with clarity, structure, and predictable outcomesEnterprise stakeholders adopt AI solutions with minimal disruptionProgram governance, intake, and prioritization support scalability and sustainabilityLeadership receives concise, confident, and actionable program communicationsAI initiatives contribute to measurable efficiency gains and cost savingsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, WA.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
