Autism Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part Time Contractor
**Job Summary:** Join our team at Behavioral Solutions Inc. as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing strategies, and providing supervision to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. **Duties:** - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for clients with developmental disabilities, focusing on autism spectrum disorder. - Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings. - Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to facilitate skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. - Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members. - Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure continuity of care and successful treatment outcomes. - Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. - Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and related fields. **Experience:** - Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred. - Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques. - Strong background in patient care, special education, and data collection. - Familiarity with medical records management. - Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities. **Requirements:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA). *Note: This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications required for the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
