The Physician Assistant will be responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assisting in ocular surgery and treatment procedures, managing pre- and post-operative care, and educating patients about their conditions and treatment plans. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals is key to delivering comprehensive and high-quality eye care services.QualificationsStrong clinical skills in performing patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planningExperience in ophthalmology procedures, surgeries, and post-operative careExcellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration with medical staffProficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systemsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentValid state licensure and certification as a Physician AssistantCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered carePrior experience in an eye care or healthcare setting is preferred
