Job DescriptionCherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Digital Strategy & Transformation to help drive enterprise-wide digital innovation. This role plays a key part in shaping how we leverage technology, data, automation, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and strengthen digital capabilities across the organization.You will partner closely with IT, HR, and business leaders to execute transformation initiatives, support adoption of new technologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement.ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team responsible for executing digital transformation initiativesHelp deliver the organization’s digital strategy aligned with business priorities Identify and implement opportunities for automation, analytics, and process improvementCollaborate with IT, HR, and business units to drive adoption of digital solutionsSupport the development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, adoption, and efficiency gainsUse data analysis and SQL to support insights and decision-making Assist in implementing AI and emerging technology initiatives, including pilot programsPromote data governance, security, and responsible use of digital toolsSupport vendor coordination and solution implementation effortsContribute to change management, communication, and training initiativesDrive a digital-first culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including gaming requirementsSupport digital integration efforts related to acquisitions and organizational growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, process improvement, or related rolesEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredStrong understanding of enterprise systems, digital tools, and business applicationsExperience with automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced SQLFamiliarity with AI concepts, analytics, and emerging technologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teamsExperience supporting change management and user adoption initiativesKnowledge of regulatory environments (TICS, MICS, gaming compliance) preferredAbility to obtain and maintain applicable gaming licensureValid driver’s license requiredAbout UsCherokee Nation Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful tribal businesses in the country.
