Mortgage Customer Service RepresentativeLHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Albuquerque, NM to hire on a contract basis a Mortgage Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, proficiency with MSP Mortgage software, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage clients via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing.Utilize MSP Mortgage software to access, update, and manage customer accounts.Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and servicing questions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry (required)Proficiency with MSP Mortgage software (required)Experience speaking with customers over the phone (required)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plusPay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
