This page acts as a primary destination and entry point for nearly all Reddit users, making its performance, usability, and innovation critical to Reddit’s overall success and user engagement. As a key member of this team, you will lead technical initiatives to enhance the Home feed experience, working with a large-scale, diverse set of users.
