This treatment includes a focus on various behavioral challenges such as substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, post-incarceration syndrome, and co-occurring behavioral health needs. The BHP works collaboratively with all members of the treatment team including the members and family. The level of care for the program is Intensive Outpatient Services, with specific curriculum and program design. Your Impact Will Include: Provide individual and group psychotherapy to assigned caseload, including monthly individual sessions and daily curriculum-based groups Observe, assess, and document member behavior and mood changes; report concerns and safety risks to leadership and mental health professionals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and recovery plans in collaboration with members and treatment teams Support members in goal setting, recovery planning, and re-entry from incarceration using evidence-based clinical modalities Collaborate with Re-Entry Specialists, Peer Coaches, and interdisciplinary team members to support self-directed recovery Facilitate skill-building related to community reintegration, social functioning, employment readiness, and mutual support participation Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant treatment environment, including timely and accurate documentation within required timeframes Meet performance expectations, participate in staffing and program development, and maintain licensure through supervision and continuing education Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission. Where You'll Work Primarily performed in an outpatient clinical office environment Facilitates group sessions in a classroom or group room setting, with one-on-one interactions in an office environment May involve occasional offsite meetings, trainings, or community-based activities Ability to speak clearly and audibly to lead group and individual discussions, often for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time) Using standard office equipment, plus plenty of face-to-face interaction. Some days will require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Masters or better in Counseling Psychology or related field.
