What You Get To DoThe Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role ensures organizational compliance with international quality standards, drives process excellence, and fosters a culture of quality across all departments and project sites. The Manager will also oversee ISO certification efforts and serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.
Essential tasks and responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of nonconformities and continuous improvement and ensure robust compliance monitoring across all operational areas
Collaborate with the ISO Manager to ensure successful certification and surveillance audits.
Drive and conduct Knapp's risk management
Own and manage the company's document control and process mapping systems.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure consistent application of quality standards across departments and customer-facing operations.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using PDCA and Lean methodologies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries, including customer and regulatory requests.
What You HaveMinimum 7 years of experience in Quality Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing.
Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
Strong background in process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Experience with Safety and ISO 45001 highly preferred.
Experience with HIPAA compliance a plus.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills critical for success.
Working Conditions and EnvironmentAuthorization to work in the U.S.

Occasional travel required up to 5%
