The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of creating resilient, high-design retreats in remote and coastal environments. This role demands a pace-driven executor, a hands-on builder, and an execution-focused leader who can thrive in a high-urgency, design-build environment. The VP will be tasked with managing site-level construction, building and leading a high-performance project management team, and coordinating all aspects of development across diverse sites. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years' of experience in construction or real estate development, with a strong background in field operations, project management leadership, and infrastructure-heavy sites. They must be a strategic translator, capable of working directly with the founder and executive team to turn vision into tangible project phases, and a luxury client-caliber professional, comfortable working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities include full-cycle execution of multiple design-build projects, driving budget discipline, and proactively identifying and solving operational challenges.
