Senior Product ManagerLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid) | Pay Range: $106,605 $284,280Position SummaryOur client, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager within their Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization. You will lead the end-to-end development and launch of analytics-powered applications tailored for pharmaceutical and life science customers. The role requires strong product management chops, fluency in data analytics and healthcare data, and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. You will collaborate with business, data engineering, data science, and design teams to ship innovative analytics products and mentor junior PMs along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesGather requirements from business and clinical teams to inform product developmentDevelop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specs for data science and engineering teamsCollaborate with data engineering, data science, and design to translate requirements into actionable concepts and solutionsLead the design and development of backend data and analytics architecture (scalability, reliability, performance)Facilitate trade-off discussions among stakeholders, balancing speed, scalability, and qualityConduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate hypothesesOwn technical documentation including data flow diagrams and architecture specificationsCommunicate product updates and gather feedback from business stakeholdersChampion Agile methodologies and best practicesMentor and guide junior product managersContribute to overall product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectivesRequired Qualifications5+ years in Product Management with a focus on analytics or data-driven products5+ years of strong verbal and written communication, translating data and insights into clear narratives for diverse audiences3+ years collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to deliver impactful analytics tools3+ years in the pharmaceutical analytics domain, with solid understanding of healthcare data and analytics workflows3+ years supporting the development of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau3+ years working in Agile environments using JIRA and ConfluencePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting commercial, clinical, or market access analytics in pharma / life sciencesFamiliarity with medical and pharmacy claims data and their use in healthcare analyticsUnderstanding of data science concepts including predictive modeling and machine learningDemonstrated proficiency in SQL
