Technical Development Coordinator (Engineering Lead)

You will bridge the gap between business strategy and high-quality engineering, ensuring that our scalable, microservices-based architecture continues to evolve and thrive. If you are a mentor at heart and an architect by trade, this is your next challenge.What you will do:Lead and mentor a high-performing dev team, driving decisions on architecture, design, and code standards.Define and maintain microservices and Hexagonal Architecture, ensuring SOLID, DDD, and Clean Code principles are at the core of everything we build.Participate in development for critical components and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence.Collaborate with PMs, POs, and Stakeholders to translate complex business needs into sustainable technical roadmaps.Champion CI/CD, observability, and cloud best practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.Required QualificationsExperience: 7+ years in Software Development with at least 2 years in a formal technical leadership role.Tech Stack: Mastery of Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js. Strong experience with Next.js/React.Deep understanding of Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture, and Event-Driven systems (Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).Data: Proficiency with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.A proactive leader.Language: Professional proficiency in Spanish (due to the current team/client context) and at least B1 English.Nice To Have SkillsExperience in the FinTech or B2B sectors.Cloud expertise (GCP preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Knowledge of Serverless and Observability (Tracing, Metrics, Logs).
