Role Description We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent for a contract position with Aflac, located on-site in Woodstock, GA. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and ensure a seamless enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, educating clients about our product offerings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Proven knowledge and experience in Life and Health Insurance sales, including a valid state-issued insurance licenseStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceSales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed established targetsProficiency in understanding insurance products and ability to explain them to clientsStrong time-management and organizational skillsWillingness to work onsite and serve clients in the Woodstock, GA areaProficiency with relevant software tools and technology platforms
