IT Field Service TechPay rate: $18-19 Candidates need to live in the VERO - PORT ST. LUCIE FL. area. Candidates should be pre-screened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed. Strong hardware break-fix experience. The transition rate upon full-time hire to CompuCom will be $19 for entry-level technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation upfront.• Need 1 resource (s) to perform Break & Fix work during 90-day contract-to-hire• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)• Technician will travel to each client's location• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer• Works under general supervision• There will be overtimeMinimum Requirements:3 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops, and Printers.3 years plus of customer service experienceReliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly)Able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekendsPersonable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environmentsCan work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs.After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on call rotation 7x24Basic Needs/Haves:Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled positionSmartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilities (Reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)LaptopBasic Hand ToolsPossess a valid driver's licensePreferred, NOT REQUIRED:CompTIA A+OEM Printer Warranty CertificationsOEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty CertificationsServer experience would be a bonus
