About the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department. In this key leadership role, you'll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. What You'll DoLead daily shop workflow & dispatch support Perform advanced diagnostics & difficult repairs Mentor and train technicians & apprentices Ensure repair quality & proper GM procedures Support Service Advisors with estimates & timelines Maintain shop productivity, safety & morale What We're Looking For5+ years automotive technician experience GM experience strongly preferredGM Certifications or ASE Certifications a plus Leadership / Foreman experience preferred Strong electrical & drivability diagnostic ability Valid driver's license Compensation & BenefitsTop Pay for Top Talent - Based on Experience & CertificationsCompetitive pay up to $40 hour + with the right experience and certifications.
