Marketing ManagerFull-Time | In-Person Location: Greater Binghamton Airport – Binghamton, NY Compensation: $48,000 to $55,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMAbout UsWe are a growing aviation-focused group of companies, including Goodrich Aviation, Goodrich Pilot Training Center, Custom Aircraft Builders, and Orion Aircraft USA. Our businesses operate in aviation services, flight training, aircraft sales, and aircraft kit building. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Manager who can help us grow our digital presence, strengthen our brand presentation, and effectively utilize modern marketing technologies.This role is ideal for either:An experienced marketer looking for a dynamic and creative opportunity, orA recent marketing graduate ready to apply their education in a real-world, fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking ForWe need someone who:Learns new technologies quicklyHas strong attention to detail and presentationIs creative, organized, and self-motivatedCan manage multiple projects efficientlyUnderstands modern digital marketing strategiesIs comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content productionThe ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology is essential.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow company marketing across multiple aviation brandsCreate graphics and marketing materials using tools such as CanvaProduce and edit video content for advertising and social mediaAssist with website design, updates, and digital presentationCreate and manage paid and organic advertising campaigns for:Google Search / SEOFacebook & InstagramYouTubeHelp maintain brand consistency across all businessesTrack marketing performance and optimize campaignsOrganize projects and workflows using ClickUp and Google DocsLearn and utilize the HighLevel platform as part of our core marketing operationsPreferred SkillsExperience with some or all of the following is preferred:CanvaVideo editing softwareWebsite design platformsSocial media marketingGoogle SEO and search advertisingFacebook/Instagram advertisingYouTube content managementAI-assisted marketing workflowsClickUpGoogle Workspace / Google DocsExperience with HighLevel is a plus, but not required.
