A person in this drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.DUTIES:Build good relationships with customers.Maximize store sales. High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Previous management experience preferred.Excellent attention to detail.Able to lead teams to achieve goals.
