This role provides an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated sales-oriented individual to take ownership of maintaining a fully operational studio along with growing to the next level, all while providing a positive environment for the entire team to flourish.The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic about both health/fitness and sales. Must have a background in a full cycle B2C environment along with experience in B2B networking. Marketing acumen, problem solving skills, and a creative and friendly personality are needed. The tools will be provided to help guide and assist the General Manager / Sales Manager in this position, but a drive to not only apply the tools, but also excel is required.Please note that unlike some other fitness or health related studio manager positions, this role is 80-90% sales and 10-20% operations. You must be good at and enjoy sales!! And you do not need to have experience in fitness or health membership sales to excel, you just need to be great at high-end sales and be business savvy!! REQUIREMENTS:2+ years high end SALES EXPERIENCE, does NOT need to have been in the fitness industryConfidence in ability to generate sales and make connections in the communityAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, in social media, and via email/textCapacity to excel and thrive in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitness is extremely helpfulHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesTrustworthy and able to handle confidential informationCapable of training Sales Associates and Stretch Professionals in assisting with salesExtremely proficiency with computers and Studio club management software (ClubReady)Provide positive energy and an uplifting culture to the internal team and the clientsDUTIES:The go-to person for all things in the studioLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingSchedule and participate in community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsActively oversee studio social media creation and contentImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro appointmentsManage studio schedule to meet the needs of current clientele and future sales opportunitiesEnsure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise and train Sales AssociatesIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect past duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studioEnforce StretchLab policies and proceduresCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience & performanceCommission paid on sales, along with a bonus based on studio overall performanceTotal starting compensation (including base, commission, bonus) in the $50K-$65K rangeHuge opportunity for growth within the company
